WORKSHOP TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are terms and conditions for bespoke and standard training courses hosted by and delivered by Constructing Equality Ltd., open to individuals from a range of organisations.
These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with “The Standard Terms of Appointment”.
1. Course bookings
Bookings may be made by e-mail, telephone or verbally.
Payment should be made upon booking. Places will not be held without payment.
If you wish to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, charges will apply depending on the time prior to your course:
More than eight weeks prior to a standard course – 10% charge.
More than eight weeks prior to a bespoke course – 25% of the course fee will be charged.
Four weeks prior to the course – 50% of the total course fee will be charged.
Less than two weeks prior to the course – the full fee will be charged.
If delegates do not attend a course, the full course fee remains payable.
5. Late arrivals/missed sessions
If you arrive late for a course or are absent from any session, we reserve the right not to continue with your training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable.
6. Unforeseen circumstances
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible with the option to transfer to another course date or receive a full refund of fees paid.
All course content remains the property of Constructing Equality Ltd. and may not be copied, distributed or used in any other way without the permission of Constructing Equality Ltd.
All in-house course fees are subject to the current rate of VAT (valid exemptions apply).
9. Distance Selling Regulations 2000
We abide by the applicable elements of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Standard course prices include design, delivery, and materials.
